Bridge's Referral Program is one of the many ways we give back, say thank you, and pay it forward all at the same time. If you know a friend or colleague looking for employment opportunities, we encourage you to complete this form and connect with one of our recruiters.

Through the Bridge Referral program, you will receive $100 for each successfully placed job seeker you refer*. You will also be paying it forward; Bridge will donate $50 for each of your referrals to a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating work opportunities for adults with mild to severe physical and mental disabilities.

In order to qualify:

• Referees must be hired by Bridge and successfully complete 40 hours of work as a Bridge employee.
• Candidate referrals must be hired by Bridge within 90 days of submitting their application.
• Only referrals submitted through this page are eligible to receive Bridge Bucks.

Bridge's Organization: Matthias Academy 

Successful placements are defined as Bridge employees who complete 40 hours of work as a Bridge employee. Direct Hire placements will be eligible for Bridge Bucks upon completion of 40 hours of work.
